This is a great family portrait. The husband must have been quite the banjo player to have it along in the photograph.

Along with this CDV Are two letters written to a Walker Y Wells who also served In the 124th
Letter 1 is dated 1862 and and the 2nd 1863
I recieved a trash bag of Darlington Family paper work from a young woman who had gotten into the business of buying and selling the contents of storage lockers.
A few CDVs ,1 tintype and 1 cabinet card along with paper work dating from the late 1700s through the 1800s filled the bottom of the bag.The collection now rest in a shoe box.
